Athletics: Cross Country (coed) - Middle School Head Coach/Varsity Assistant

The Middle School/Varsity Assistant Coach at Lighthouse Christian Academy supports the Varsity Coach in helping student-athletes grow spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially during an important stage of development. Middle school athletics should emphasize skill development, teamwork, discipline, accountability, and character formation within a Christ-centered environment.

Assistant Coaches are expected to support team culture, reinforce program expectations, and contribute positively to the mission of Lighthouse Christian Academy.

-A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
-Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams).
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.
-Must complete required background checks and child protection training.
