Lighthouse Christian Academy is an interdenominational school that glorifies God in supporting Christian families by providing a biblically integrated and academically excellent education. An LCA student will be equipped to impact his or her world by exhibiting strong Christian character including service to God and to others, and by demonstrating academic achievement, biblical leadership, and the ability to articulate and defend a Christian worldview in all areas of life.
 
At LCA, our goal is to educate the whole student in all areas of their lives, not just academically, but also physically and spiritually. We strive to create opportunities for our students to practice Living for the Lord, Caring for Community, and Advancing in Academics. Our purpose and prayer for students that graduate from LCA is that they are equipped to go into the world and impact it for the glory of God.

Enrollment
  1. Inquire: Fill out our inquiry form HERE or call the school office. 
  2. Visit: Someone from the Admissions Team will reach out to schedule a school tour for you.
  3. Apply and Submit: Apply through our PowerSchool platform and upload required forms. New applicants will be required to create a PowerSchool account to apply.  A $50 application fee is due at this time as well.
  4. Tuition Assistance Application: If applicable, apply for tuition assistance HERE.
  5. Assessment: If appropriate, your student will be scheduled for learning assessment.
  6. Review: Your submitted documentation will be reviewed by appropriate LCA staff.
  7. Admissions Interview: After reviewing all required documents and assessments, someone from the Admissions Team may schedule an Admissions Interview for your family with our Principal.
  8. Determination: The Admissions Team will notify parents of a decision regarding acceptance to LCA.
  9. Enroll: Upon Acceptance, parents must complete their registration through our PowerSchool platform and submit registration fees.
  10. Financial Contract Agreement: A financial contract will be emailed to the parent email addresses on file.  The contract will need to be assigned before the students first day in attendance.

Application Fee - New Student Application Fee: $50.00 per student
Enrollment Fee: $200.00 per student. ($250 if paid after March 31, 2024)

  • January 3: Priority Enrollment - For re-enrollment and sibling enrollment
  • January 22: Open Enrollment - For all new families
  • January 25: Open House/School Choice Night (RSVP Below)
  • March 8: First Round Acceptance Notifications
  • April 12: Second Round Acceptance Notifications
  • June 15: Third Round Acceptance Notifications
