Policy & Process

  1. Inquire: Fill out our inquiry form HERE or call the school office. 
  2. Visit: Someone from the Admissions Team will reach out to schedule a school tour for you.
  3. Apply and Submit: Apply through our PowerSchool platform and upload required forms. New applicants will be required to create a PowerSchool account to apply.  A $100 application fee is due at the time of submission.
  4. Indiana Choice Scholarship (Voucher): If applicable, provide financial information HERE.
  5. Assessment: If appropriate, your student will be scheduled for learning assessment.
  6. Review: Your submitted documentation will be reviewed by appropriate LCA staff.
  7. Admissions Interview: After reviewing all required documents and assessments, someone from the Admissions Team with schedule an admissions interview for your family with our Head of School.
  8. Determination: The Admissions Team will notify parents of a decision regarding acceptance to LCA.
  9. Enroll: Upon Acceptance, parents must complete their registration through our PowerSchool platform and submit registration fees within two weeks to secure their enrollment.
  10. Financial Contract Agreement: A financial contract will be emailed to the parent email addresses on file.  The contract will need to be assigned before the students first day in attendance.
2025-26 Enrollment Dates
January 2: Priority Enrollment - For re-enrollment and sibling enrollment
 
February 3: Open Enrollment - For all new families
 
March 14: First Round Acceptance Notifications
 
April 17: Second Round Acceptance Notifications
 
April 18 and beyond: Applications reviewed as they are received
