High School

Students enrolled in grades 9-12 have a wide variety of classes with differing degrees of rigor from which to choose. LCA uses a combination of quality resources produced by Baker Books, Chicago Press, Christian Schools International, Institute for Excellence in Writing, Summit Ministries, Holt McDougal and Bob Jones University Press. Areas of instruction are supplemented with quality novels, projects and teacher-created units. A number of school-approved Dual Credit and On-line courses are available as well. Students may be involved with the arts, athletics, Student Council, and National Honor Society. The yearly retreat fosters team spirit, builds friendships, and provides a biblical theme for the year.
