Athletics: Basketball (Boys) - Elementary Coaches

The Elementary Assistant Coach at Lighthouse Christian Academy supports the Head Coach in creating a positive, Christ-centered athletic experience for young student-athletes. Elementary athletics should emphasize encouragement, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game while helping students grow in confidence and character.

Assistant Coaches are expected to model Christian character, provide appropriate supervision, and support the mission and values of Lighthouse Christian Academy.

-A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
-Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams).
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.
-Must complete required background checks and child protection training.
