Athletics: Track and Field (coed) - Varsity Assistant (Throwing/Sprinting)

The Varsity Assistant Coach at Lighthouse Christian Academy supports the Head Coach in leading a competitive, Christ-centered athletic program that develops student-athletes spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially. Varsity athletics should pursue competitive excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to Christian character, integrity, sportsmanship, and discipleship.

Assistant Coaches are expected to support program culture, reinforce expectations, and represent Lighthouse Christian Academy professionally.

-A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
-Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams).
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.
-Must complete required background checks and child protection training.
