The Assistant Girls Varsity Basketball Coach plays a vital role in supporting the head coach in all aspects of the high school girls basketball program. This position helps develop players spiritually, mentally, and athletically — reinforcing the school’s mission to see students love God, learn with excellence, and lead with courage.

The assistant coach will collaborate with the head coach to implement practice plans, manage game-day operations, and mentor student-athletes in character and skill development.

-A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

-Active participation in the life of a Bible believing church

-Prior coaching or playing experience preferred

-Strong communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.

-Must complete required background checks and child protection training.
