Coach: Assistant Track and Field Coach

The Assistant Track & Field Coach supports the Head Coach in leading and developing a Christ-centered, competitive, and inclusive program that helps student-athletes grow in character, discipline, and athletic ability. This position assists with practice planning, event-specific training, meet preparation, and mentorship of athletes across multiple track and field disciplines.

The ideal candidate is a team player who brings energy, technical knowledge, and a heart for ministry to the program.

-A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

-Active participation in the life of a Bible believing church

-Prior coaching or playing experience preferred

-Strong communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.

-Must complete required background checks and child protection training.
