Athletics: Cross Country (coed) - Varsity Head Coach

The Varsity Coach at Lighthouse Christian Academy is responsible for leading a competitive, Christ-centered athletic program that develops student-athletes spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially. Varsity athletics should pursue competitive excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to Christian character, integrity, sportsmanship, and discipleship.

Varsity Coaches are expected to lead their programs with professionalism, uphold the mission of Lighthouse Christian Academy, and maintain compliance with all applicable Indiana High School Athletic Association standards and expectations.

-A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
-Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams).
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.
-Must complete required background checks and child protection training.
